Hard to find Lipsia antique pin wheel calculator with dome top.
Nice looking piece. I don’t know how to operate this but it looks like 2 vertical metal rows need to be slid to the right a bit. See photo 6. Looks doable but I will leave for capable hands. Aside from that condition looks very nice. The cover is pretty and in nice shape with one crack on the side as shown.
I do not see a way that the cover locks down on the base. Really cool piece for your consideration.
