A meticulously engraved romantic natural carnelian shell cameo is set in a 14 K yellow gold bezel oval frame. This alluring three Graces cameo has a hidden pendant bail on the back which flips up to accommodate a large neck chain or omega necklace, which makes it possible to wear this work of art both as a pendant and as a brooch.
