Vintage Ohio State "Buckeye Country" 4th Of July Drinking Glass

Very unique ohio state buckeye drinking glass. Cannot find one like this online. Appears to be a part of a 4th of July celebration because it says Happy Birthday America on the back. No markings on the glass. Nice, lightly used condition. There's a couple scratches or chips in the white paint as shown in the close up pictures. Still would looks very nice on display.
